    View Your Schedule

    See your planned shifts.

    In the staff portal:

    1. Go to the Schedule tab
    2. You see your 10 nearest shifts with:
      • Date and day
      • Start and end time
      • Station (Kitchen, Bar, Floor etc.)
      • Break
      • Notes

    Confirm shifts: Click Confirm on shifts your manager has published to show you've seen them.

    Calendar export (iCal):

    • The portal has a link to subscribe to your schedule in your calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar etc.)
    • The schedule updates automatically when your manager makes changes
