Vendion in live service

On 23 June the first restaurant took Vendion into live service — real guests, real receipts, a real day of trading.

New

• · A graphical floor plan with tables, chairs, walls, bar and plants — the same plan in admin and at the till.
• · The Live view in analytics shows the pulse of the day, open bills and the flow as it happens.
• · A guide for registering the till with the Swedish Tax Agency, pre-filled, plus "About this till" at the till itself.
• · A new till is linked to the restaurant with a one-time code.
• · Comp the guest — a bill can be completed at zero with a stated reason.

• · Analytics counts the day from your opening hour rather than midnight.
• · Table colour shows the state of the bill: empty, not yet sent, in service or paid.

Card payments on our own rails

Card terminals talk straight to the till, and the money is followed all the way into the books.

• · The card terminal is driven from the till: amount, tip prompt and receipt on the terminal’s own printer.
• · Card acquiring inside Vendion: settlements, payouts, balance and disputes in admin.
• · Bookkeeping connects to Fortnox — Z reports and invoices become journal entries.
• · Split bills: guests divide the bill and each pay their share via a QR code on the pre-bill.
• · The cash drawer opens automatically on cash, and can be opened manually with a PIN.

A large release: gift cards, loyalty, bundles and a new look throughout — with booking, staff and the till in one system.
