The file route costs nothing extra — payroll data as a PAXml file is included in Vendion Personal, and Fortnox Lön reads it. If you'd rather skip the file, Vendion Integration is 190 SEK/mo: the payroll period then goes straight into Fortnox, bookkeeping runs automatically and the staff register syncs both ways. The same license gives you Visma, every other integration and full API access.

Then you'll want Vendion Chain Operations — the layer that lets you run all restaurants in one system with a central menu, brand control, shared gift cards, and shared loyalty.
