    Yes. Every POS station is 1,290 SEK/mo and includes the POS license, register computer, receipt printer and control box. Same hardware, same features — no matter how many.

    Absolutely. Just choose the modules you need. Online Order, Booking, Personal, Analytics++, Marketing and Integration can all be purchased separately. Vendion 360 gives you a discount if you want everything.

    No. We offer rental (easiest, incl. swap guarantee), purchase (one-time investment — lower monthly cost) or using your own hardware. Contact us and we'll find the best solution.

    Yes. AI Boss, AI Waiter and AI Guest are included at no extra cost with all POS stations and modules.

    The file route costs nothing extra — payroll data as a PAXml file is included in Vendion Personal, and Fortnox Lön reads it. If you'd rather skip the file, Vendion Integration is 190 SEK/mo: the payroll period then goes straight into Fortnox, bookkeeping runs automatically and the staff register syncs both ways. The same license gives you Visma, every other integration and full API access.

    Then you'll want Vendion Chain Operations — the layer that lets you run all restaurants in one system with a central menu, brand control, shared gift cards, and shared loyalty.
