    Unsocial Hours Rules

    Configure unsocial hours supplements following Visita/HRF agreements.

    Open unsocial hours rules:

    1. Go to Staff → Settings
    2. Under Unsocial hours rules

    Preset rules (Visita 2025):

    Create a new rule:

    1. Click Add unsocial hours rule
    2. Fill in:
      • Name
      • Type (OB1, OB2, weekend, public holiday)
      • Start time and end time
      • Weekdays
      • Amount per hour (SEK)
    3. Save

    How it's calculated: The system matches each work hour against your rules and calculates the supplement automatically in time tracking and payroll data.
