AGI and Fora with Vendion Payroll

With Vendion Payroll you don't need to work out the employer declaration or the Fora report yourself. Both are created from the month's finalised pay runs under Personal ▸ Löner ▸ Månadens filer. Vendion files nothing: you upload the files yourself.

The employer declaration (AGI)

Choose the payment month and fill in the contact person (saved for the company). Press AGI-fil and upload the file in the Swedish Tax Agency's employer declaration e-service.

The file carries each person's pay, benefits, tax and employer contributions, and absence details for temporary parental benefit (VAB) and parental leave. If the company has several restaurants, Vendion asks about people who worked in more than one, and each restaurant needs its workplace number.

Fora

Press Fora-fil and upload the file with Fora. It carries pay for blue-collar workers (arbetare) every month. A month without pay becomes a zero report.

The staff type on the staff record decides: Tjänsteman (salaried employee) is not in the monthly file. A person without a staff type counts as a worker, and Vendion warns so you can choose correctly. Mark people not covered by Avtalspension SAF-LO under Bank och Fora.

Salaried staff: Fora once a year and ITP 1 every month

• Fora tjänstemän – the salaried staff's total pay is reported to Fora once a year, in January. The button calculates the year's total for salaried staff under 65, and a separate total for those under 67 (TRR and TRS). Enter the totals in Fora's e-service for salaried staff.
• ITP 1-lista – paid gross salary per salaried employee for the month, to enter in Collectum's online account.

Salary exchange and voluntary pension are not supported in Vendion Payroll.

Trial or live

Files are marked trial (prov) for a month where Vendion does not own the payroll. Only file the ones for months where Vendion Payroll is switched on.
