Payslips in the Staff App

When the restaurant runs payroll in Vendion Payroll, staff receive their payslips in the staff app. Nobody needs to print or email them.
Where the payslips are
The Lönebesked (payslips) tab in the staff app shows the employee's payslips, newest first. A payslip appears when the payroll run is finalised, not before: a run that is still under review can change.
Each row shows gross pay and Att få utbetalt (amount to be paid). Open the row to view and download the payslip as a PDF.
Corrections and extra payments
- Rättelse (correction) – replaces an earlier payslip. It shows net pay after the correction and Utbetalas nu (skillnaden) (paid now, the difference). Visa det rättade shows the payslip that was corrected.
- Extra utbetalning (extra payment) – pay added after the ordinary pay run in the same month, for example a missed hour.
Who sees what
Everyone sees only their own payslips. A staff record moved to another login does not take its payslips along, and nobody can see a colleague's.
Managers with payroll permission download all payslips for a run under Personal ▸ Löner ▸ Alla lönebesked.
What the payslip shows
Pay types with quantity and amount, working time (ordinary, additional hours, overtime and unsocial hours), tax, net deductions, any wage garnishment and instalments, net pay and pay to date this year. The bank account shows only the last four digits; the personal identity number is not on the payslip.
