Payroll file for Visma Lön 600
Categories and articles
The payroll page has the button Visma Lön 600 — Lönefil (TLU). It downloads the payroll basis as a file Visma Lön 600 can import.
The help text on the button says: Läses in i Visma Lön 600 under Integrationer. Byrån kopplar koderna till sina lönearter första gången. That means the file is read into Visma Lön 600 under Integrationer, and the bureau maps the codes to its pay types the first time.
Vendion warns before a file that would be incomplete. Vendion also warns if a row would be longer than 99.99 hours.
The file is a payroll file, the same kind of output as PAXml to a payroll system. It is not the bookkeeping voucher SIE-fil — löneverifikat. Which route to use for your bookkeeping is something to check with your accountant. See Payroll Data – Calculate and Export.
Do as with the other payroll files: approve the rows, run the reconciliation and lock the period before you download the file. An unlocked period can still change.
