Order History

View all orders for the day (or another date).

Open history:

• Click on Order history in the POS

Filters:

• Date – Choose which day
• Workstation – This register or all registers
• Hide ongoing – Show only paid orders

Each order shows:

• Receipt number
• Total amount
• Payment method
• Payment time
• Status (paid, open, voided, returned)
• Guest name (if linked)

Actions:

• View details – See the item list
• Resume – Load items into the cart (for quick reorder)
• Return – Create a return receipt
• SMS receipt – Send receipt to the guest
