Order History

View all orders for the day (or another date).

Open history:

• Open the POS menu and select Tidigare notor (previous tabs)

Filters:

• Date – Choose which day
• Workstation – This register or all registers
• Hide pending – Show only paid orders

Each order shows:

• Receipt number
• Total amount
• Payment method
• Payment time
• Status (paid, open, voided, returned)
• Guest name (if linked)

Actions:

• View details – See the item list
• Kopiera till ny nota (copy to new tab) – Create a new open tab from a previous purchase. The original receipt remains available.
• Återköp (refund) – Select items, quantities and a refund reason
• SMS receipt – Send receipt to the guest
