Super Search – Find Products, Guests and Bookings

When the restaurant is busy you do not want to browse. Super search is a single search box in the POS that finds three things at once: products, guests and today's bookings.

Where do I find it?

At the top of the POS there is a magnifying glass (search icon). Tap it to open super search with the cursor already in the field. The box reads "Search guest, product or booking…".

How to search:

1. Tap the search icon
2. Start typing (at least two letters) – results appear instantly as you type
3. Tap a result to use it

Good to know:

• To add a product you first need an active order. If you don't have one you'll see "Select a table or start an order first".
• Search shows the most relevant matches per category – type more to narrow it down.
• Booking search covers today’s bookings and the current service night, perfect when a guest walks in and gives their name.

Tip: Use Super search to open a regular’s profile. To link the guest to the active tab, use the tab’s Link guest function and select them there.
