The Cart – Manage the Order

The cart is displayed as a panel on the right side of the POS.

What's shown per item:

• Product name with any variants and modifiers
• Quantity and line total
• Note (📝) if you've added one
• Kitchen status (chef icon if sent to kitchen)

Actions per item:

• +/− Increase or decrease quantity (including half portions: 0.5)
• Remove – Delete the item
• Add note – Kitchen note for this specific item (e.g. "No onions")

Order information:

• Order number and creation time
• Time counter (grey <30 min, yellow 30–60 min, red >60 min)
• Staff member's name
• Guest information (if linked to a booking or customer)
