Guest Linking – View Guest Info in POS

The POS shows rich information about the guest when a booking or customer is linked to the order.

What's shown:

• Guest name and phone number
• VIP status (⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐)
• Allergens (red warning)
• Special requests from the booking
• Number of visits and average spend
• No-show history
• Tags (VIP, Regular, Press etc.)
• AI summary of the guest's preferences

Open full customer profile:

• Click on the guest's name → popup with complete history
• View all previous visits and orders
• See booking history

Link customer manually: Click "Link customer" to search and link an existing customer to the order.
