Send to Kitchen – Kitchen Tickets

Send to kitchen dispatches items to the kitchen (KDS or ticket printer).

How it works:

1. Add items to the cart
2. Click Send to kitchen
3. Items not already sent are dispatched to the correct kitchen station
4. Items are marked with a chef icon (🧑‍🍳) in the cart
5. The table changes status to yellow/gold

Kitchen routing: Each product has an assigned ticket destination (e.g. "Kitchen", "Bar", "Dessert"). The ticket goes to the correct KDS screen or printer.

Automatic dispatch: When paying, any items not yet sent to the kitchen are automatically dispatched first.

Tip: You can send to kitchen multiple times – only new (unsent) items are dispatched.
