Tables – Tables and Floor Plan

The table overview shows all tables with real-time status.
Views:
- Grid – Tables as cards in a responsive grid
- Map – Graphical floor plan with table positions
Sections: Filter by section (e.g. Main hall, Terrace, Bar).
Table status (color-coded border around the table):
| Color | Status |
|---|---|
| Grey | Available – no active orders |
| Orange | Open tab that needs sending – empty tab or items not yet sent to the kitchen |
| Yellow/gold | In service – all items sent to kitchen |
| Green | Pre-bill printed – ready to pay |
| Red | Inactive for >30 min (possibly forgotten) |
Bookings show as a badge, not as a table color:
- Yellow badge – upcoming booking within 60 min
- Green badge – seated booking (guest is present)
Information on each table:
- Table number
- Guest name (from booking or order)
- Number of guests
- Order total
- Time counter
- Upcoming booking (if within 60 min)
Click a table to open it in the POS or view details.
Move tab: Select a table → click Move → click the target table.
