Tables – Tables and Floor Plan

The table overview shows all tables with real-time status.
Views:
- Grid – Tables as cards in a responsive grid
- Map – Graphical floor plan with table positions
Sections: Filter by section (e.g. Main hall, Terrace, Bar).
Table status (color-coded):
| Color | Status |
|---|---|
| Grey | Available – no active orders |
| Blue | Open order without items |
| Orange | Has items not yet sent to kitchen |
| Yellow/gold | All items sent to kitchen, awaiting service |
| Green | Pre-bill printed |
| Red | Inactive for >60 min (old order) |
| Yellow ring | Booking within 60 min |
| Green ring | Seated booking (guest is present) |
Information on each table:
- Table number
- Guest name (from booking or order)
- Number of guests
- Order total
- Time counter
- Upcoming booking (if within 60 min)
Click a table to open it in the POS or view details.
Move tab: Select a table → click Move → click the target table.
