Floor Plan Builder

The floor plan builder lets you create a visual map of your restaurant. Find it under Settings → Tables & Floor Plan → Floor Plan.

Enable the floor plan:

1. Go to Settings → Tables & Floor Plan → Floor Plan
2. Enable Graphical floor plan
3. The floor plan canvas appears

Place tables:

1. Your created tables are listed on the right
2. Drag a table from the list and drop it on the map
3. Place it where the table physically stands in the restaurant

Table shapes:

• Round – for round tables (default)
• Rectangular – for long tables/benches
• Change shape by clicking the table and selecting in the menu

Resize:

• Click on a table on the map
• Drag the corners/edges to resize
• Size can be adjusted to match the number of seats

Move tables:

• Drag the table to a new position
• Position is saved automatically

Fullscreen mode:

• Click the fullscreen icon to see the entire floor plan
• Perfect for larger restaurants

Sections in the floor plan:

• Switch section in the dropdown to build each part separately
• E.g. Dining room, Patio, Bar

How the floor plan appears in the POS:

• Staff sees the visual map instead of a list
• Table status is shown with color coding (available, occupied, reserved)
• Click on a table to open its order

Tips:

• Draw the floor plan to match the physical layout – it makes it intuitive for staff
• Use rectangular tables for bench groups
• Test in fullscreen to see the complete picture
