    Create and Manage Tables

    Tables are created and managed under Settings → Tables & Floor Plan → Tables.

    Create a table:

    1. Click + Add table
    2. Fill in:
      • Table number (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
      • Name (optional, e.g. "Window table", "VIP")
      • Seat count (e.g. 4)
      • Section (e.g. Dining room, Patio)
    3. Click Save

    Edit a table:

    1. Click on the table in the list
    2. Change name, seats or section
    3. Click Save

    Delete a table:

    1. Click on the table
    2. Click Delete
    3. Confirm

    QR codes:

    • Each table automatically gets a unique QR code
    • The QR code directs guests to the ordering page for that specific table
    • Print QR codes under QR codes (see separate article)

    Table status in the POS:

    ColorStatus
    GreenAvailable
    BlueOrder in progress
    Amber/yellowAwaiting payment
    GrayReserved

    Tips:

    • Create all tables before building the floor plan – they can be placed visually afterwards
    • Use sections to organize (Dining room, Patio, Bar)
    • The table number is what staff sees in the POS
