Mobile Waiter – Take Orders at the Table

Take the guest's order directly at the table – in the regular POS on a tablet or phone.

Step by step:

1. Click on the table in the floor plan
2. Open the table’s tab. On a phone, switch between Meny (menu) and Nota (tab); on a larger screen they can appear side by side.
3. Search or browse the menu
4. Click a product to add it
5. Change quantity with +/−
6. Add item notes (e.g. preparation requests or allergies)
7. Check quantities and kitchen messages before selecting Bonga (send to kitchen). Sent lines have locked edits.

Park tab: Click Park tab if the order isn't ready to send yet.

Booking link: If the table has a seated booking, the order is automatically linked to it.
