QR Codes for Tables

Each table in Vendion gets a unique QR code that guests can scan to order directly from their phone.

Where to find QR codes:

1. Go to Admin → Bord → Bord (Tables)
2. All tables with QR codes are listed

What happens when the guest scans:

1. The guest scans the QR code with their phone camera
2. A web page opens (no app needed)
3. The guest sees the menu linked to the table
4. The guest selects items and completes the order according to the restaurant's online settings
5. Vendion handles the order and routes tickets according to the restaurant's settings

Print QR codes:

• Individual: Click the printer icon on the table row, or open its QR code and choose Skriv ut (Print)
• All: Click Skriv ut alla QR. A print page opens; use the browser print dialog for paper or PDF

The QR code contains:

• The restaurant's ordering-page link
• A unique link to the correct table
• The guest automatically lands on the right table

Tips:

• Laminate the QR codes and place them on the tables
• Test each QR code with your phone before going live
• If the restaurant's ordering address changes, print and test new QR codes
• Combine with table booking – the guest can order while waiting for their food
