Mobile Waiter – Table Management

Manage tables directly in the floor plan – in the POS on a tablet or phone.

Table colors: Table colors show real-time status (available, unfired, in service, pre-bill, inactive and more). See the full color legend in Tables and Floor Plan.

Actions:

• Move tab – Click table → "Move" → click target table
• Mark booking arrived – Mark a waiting booking as arrived/seated at the table
• Walk-in – Register a walk-in guest directly from the table

Booking information: Click on a table to see:

• Upcoming bookings (time, guest name, party size)
• Allergen warnings
• Option to mark booking as arrived
