Mobile Waiter – Table Management

Manage tables directly in the floor plan – in the POS on a tablet or phone.

Table colors: Table colors show real-time status (available, unfired, in service, pre-bill, inactive and more). See the full color legend in Tables and Floor Plan.

Actions:

• Move tab – Open the table's tab, tap Flytta nota (move tab), choose the target table under Välj nytt bord (choose new table) and tap Flytta hit (move here)
• Mark booking arrived – Done in the POS Bokningar (bookings) tab, in the top bar next to Bord (tables). Tap the booking and choose Sittande (seated), or Placera vid bord (seat at table) to pick a table. For a resource booking the button is Markera som ankommen (mark as arrived)
• Walk-in – Tap Walk-in in the Bokningar view, choose a table and tap Placera (seat)

Tapping a table in Karta or Rutnät opens the table's tab – there are no booking actions there.

Booking information right on the table:

• A booking within 60 minutes shows as a badge with time, first name and party size, e.g. "19:30 · Anna · 4p". If the table already has an open tab, only the time is shown
• If the table has more upcoming bookings, their number shows in the table's bottom corner
• Allergies from the booking appear in the guest card in the tab menu (Allergier: …, allergies) when the table's booking is linked to the tab
