Customize the Booking Page

Under Bokning → Bokningssida → Utseende (Booking → Booking page → Appearance) you decide how the guest's booking page looks. Colour, logo and fonts are still set under Allmänt → Varumärke (General → Brand).

Layout:

Image on top and Split view need a cover image. Without one, Classic is shown.

Cover image:

1. Click Välj bild (Choose image)
2. Pick a JPEG, PNG or WebP image, at most 8 MB
3. The image is scaled down automatically so the page loads quickly

A wide image with the subject in the centre works best. On mobile the image takes at most about a third of the screen, so the guest sees date and party size without scrolling.

Subtitle:

• Shown under the restaurant's name, instead of the fixed text "Pick date, time and party size"
• At most 120 characters, for example "Seafood by the quay since 1987"
• Once saved, it is translated to English automatically within a few minutes, for guests who chose English. You can write your own English text below the field

Preview: On the right you see the real booking page with your changes, before you save. Switch between Mobil (Mobile) and Dator (Computer). You can click through the steps, but Bekräfta bokning (Confirm booking) is disabled in the preview, so no booking is sent.

Saving:

• Click Spara (Save). Guests see the change right away
• Återställ till Klassisk (Reset to Classic) removes the image and subtitle from the page

Who can change it? Whoever may change the booking settings. Others with access to bookings see the tab but cannot save.

Good to know:

• The widget embedded on your website is always shown as Classic
• Events and resources with images are shown larger in Image on top and Split view
• Links, QR codes and embed code are under Bokning → Bokningssida → Dela (Share)
