Catering Card on the Booking Page

The guests who book a table are often the same people who organise the next conference or party. The booking page can therefore lead on to your catering inquiry.

Turn on the card and the line:

1. Open Bokning → Bokningssida → Utseende (Booking → Booking page → Appearance)
2. In the Catering section, turn on Catering-kort på sidan (Catering card on the page). The card "Catering – Send an inquiry" is shown last on the start page, or below the booking when the page only has table booking
3. Under Bekräftelsen (The confirmation), turn on Cateringförfrågan (Catering inquiry). The confirmation then shows the line "Catering for your next occasion? Send an inquiry" after the guest has booked
4. Click Spara (Save)

Both are off by default. The card and the line lead to the inquiry page, see Receive Catering Inquiries.

When do guests see them? Only when the catering module is on and Ta emot cateringförfrågningar (Receive catering inquiries) is on under Catering → Inställningar (Settings). Otherwise the text under the switch explains why the card isn't shown, with a link to the settings.
