Brand and Design

Under Settings → Restaurant → Brand you customize the look of your guest-facing pages.

Logo:

1. Click Upload logo
2. Select an image file (PNG or SVG recommended)
3. The logo is shown on:
   • Booking page
   • Guest ordering (QR/Chat Order)
   • Express kiosk
   • Receipts

Primary color:

• Choose from 8 preset colors or enter a custom hex code
• The primary color is used for buttons, accents and highlights on guest pages
• Click a color to select it

Font:

• Choose a font for guest pages
• Affects headings and body text in booking, ordering and express

Theme:

• Dark – dark background with light text
• Light – light background with dark text
• The theme affects guest pages (Booking, Ordering, Express)

Preview:

• See how your choices look in real-time
• Preview for:
  • Express – how the kiosk looks
  • Booking – the booking page appearance
  • QR ordering – the guest's ordering view

What's affected:

Important: Brand settings only affect guest-facing pages – admin and POS always use Vendion's default design.

Tips:

• Choose a primary color that matches your logo
• Test the theme in the preview before saving
• Use a clear logo with transparent background
