Brand and Design

Under General → Brand you customize the look of your guest-facing pages.

Logo:

1. Click Upload logo
2. Select an image file (PNG or SVG recommended)
3. The logo is shown on:
   • Booking page
   • Guest ordering (QR/Chat Order)
   • Express kiosk

Primary color:

• Choose a palette colour or enter a custom hex code
• The primary color is used for buttons, accents and highlights on guest pages
• Click a color to select it

Font:

• Choose a ready-made pair – Bistro, Herrgård, Street food, Fine dining or Modern – or choose your own under Brödtext (body text) and Rubriker (headings)
• There are 17 fonts, grouped as Standard, Serif, Sans and Karaktär (character)
• Rubriker → Samma som brödtext (same as body text) gives headings the same font as the text, exactly as before
• The fonts apply to the booking page, online ordering, the gift-card shop and campaign and automation emails. Express uses the body-text font
• If your chain has locked the font, neither body text nor headings can be changed

Theme:

• Dark – dark background with light text
• Light – light background with dark text
• The theme is used in guest views. Express also has its own theme choice under Enheter → Expresskassor → Beteende

Preview:

• See how your choices look in real-time
• Preview for:
  • Express – how the kiosk looks
  • Booking – the booking page appearance. Layout, cover image and subtitle are chosen under Bokning → Bokningssida → Utseende (see Customize the Booking Page)
  • QR ordering – the guest's ordering view

What's affected:

Important: Brand settings only affect guest-facing pages – admin and POS always use Vendion's default design.

Click Spara varumärke (Save brand) when finished. If a field is locked by your chain, contact the chain administrator.

Tips:

• Choose a primary color that matches your logo
• Test the theme in the preview before saving
• Use a clear logo with transparent background
