Company Details

Under General → Company Details you manage basic information about your restaurant.

How to change details:

1. Go to General → Company Details
2. Edit the desired fields
3. Click Save

The organization number is locked. Below the field it says "Organisationsnumret är låst. Kontakta Vendion om det behöver ändras." (the organization number is locked, contact Vendion if it needs to change). If the number needs correcting – for example after a change of ownership – contact Vendion.

Slug – your unique URL:

• The Gästlänk (guest link) field shows the complete booking and ordering links. Copy them from there
• Use only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens
• Change slug carefully – it affects all QR codes and links

Where details are shown:

Phone and email for large parties: When a party can't book online, the booking page shows a button to call and/or email you. You choose which under Bordsbokning → Inställningar → Grundinställningar → Sällskapsstorlek, where you can also enter a separate number and address. If you leave them empty, Phone and Email from here are used. See Configure Booking Settings.

Tips:

• The organization number is printed on all receipts – contact Vendion right away if it is wrong
• Choose a short, memorable slug without special characters
• Don't change slug after launch without updating all QR codes

Outgoing email from your own domain: the contact address above does not verify a sending domain. Once domain connections are available, configure the sender under Allmänt → E-post (General → Email). See Send Email From Your Own Domain.
