Manage Exceptions & Closed Days

Close your restaurant on a specific day or change opening hours for holidays and events.

Add an exception:

1. Go to Bokning → Inställningar → Skift & Tider
2. Under Undantag & Stängda dagar, click Lägg till undantag
3. Select Datum and Skift
4. Choose Alla skift (stäng dagen) to close all active shifts for the day. To change hours, select one shift and turn off Helt stängt
5. If needed, enter Öppnar (valfritt), Stänger (valfritt) and Max gäster (valfritt). Empty fields keep the normal shift values
6. Enter an Anteckning (note) and click Spara undantag

Examples:

• Christmas Eve: Mark as closed
• New Year's Eve: Custom hours 18:00–01:00, max 60 guests
• Private function: Closed with note "Private event"

Good to know: An exception changes availability for new table bookings; existing bookings are not cancelled automatically. Review them separately. For a longer period and a message shown to guests, use Specialperioder on the same tab.
