1 min read#10
The booking calendar has three views you can switch between depending on how you prefer to work.
Timeline
- Horizontal view with all tables on the y-axis and time on the x-axis (10:00–00:00)
- Each booking appears as a block with guest name, count, and start time
- Color-coded by status (blue = confirmed, green = seated, gray = completed, red = no-show)
- Click an empty slot to quickly create a booking
List
- Table view with all bookings sorted chronologically
- Columns: time, guest, count, table, status, source, special requests
- Filter by status and source
- Change status directly via dropdown in the list
Floor plan
- Shows all tables as cards in a grid
- Each card shows table number, seat count, and next booking
- Color-coded: green = seated, blue = booking within 30 min, gray = available
Navigation:
- Change date with arrows or date picker
- Filter by shift (e.g. lunch only)
- Search by guest name or phone number
