Manage a Booking

All bookings can be managed directly in the booking calendar.
Open a booking:
- Click the booking in the timeline, list, or floor plan
- The detail panel opens on the right
Change status:
| From | To | How |
|---|---|---|
| Confirmed/Pending | Seated | Click "Guest has arrived" |
| Confirmed/Pending | No-show | Click "No-show" |
| Confirmed/Pending | Cancelled | Click "Cancel" |
| Seated | Completed | Click "Guest left / Done" |
| Cancelled/No-show | Confirmed | Click "Reactivate booking" |
Other actions:
- Move table – Change table assignment in the detail panel
- Edit guest details – Edit name, phone, email directly
- Internal notes – Write notes only staff can see (saved automatically)
- Link to order – Seated bookings can be linked to a POS order
Late warning: If a guest hasn't arrived 30 minutes after the booked time, a warning icon is displayed.
