    Manage a Booking

    All bookings can be managed directly in the booking calendar.

    Open a booking:

    • Click the booking in the timeline, list, or floor plan
    • The detail panel opens on the right

    Change status:

    FromToHow
    Confirmed/PendingSeatedClick "Guest has arrived"
    Confirmed/PendingNo-showClick "No-show"
    Confirmed/PendingCancelledClick "Cancel"
    SeatedCompletedClick "Guest left / Done"
    Cancelled/No-showConfirmedClick "Reactivate booking"

    Other actions:

    • Move table – Change table assignment in the detail panel
    • Edit guest details – Edit name, phone, email directly
    • Internal notes – Write notes only staff can see (saved automatically)
    • Link to order – Seated bookings can be linked to a POS order

    Late warning: If a guest hasn't arrived 30 minutes after the booked time, a warning icon is displayed.
