    Booking View in the POS – Overview

    Staff can view the restaurant’s bookings directly in the POS.

    Open the booking view:

    1. In the POS, choose Bord → Bokningar

    What you see:

    • All bookings for the selected date, sorted chronologically
    • Each booking shows: guest name, time, number of guests, status, table number
    • Detail panel on the right with complete guest information
    • Search by guest, phone or company and choose type: Alla, Bord, Resurs or Event
    • Click Filter for status, source and shift

    Views:

    • Listvy – chronological list
    • Tidslinjevy – bookings as time blocks
    • Lista + bordskarta – list and table map together

    View buttons appear on larger screens. The first visit opens the list on mobile and the timeline on larger screens; the device then remembers your choice. Meddelanden opens guest booking conversations and Väntelista opens the day’s queue.

    Date navigation: Change day with arrows or click the date picker.
