Go from Booking to Order

When a guest with a booking has arrived, you can quickly link the booking to an order in the POS.

Step by step:

1. Mark the guest as arrived (see article 16)
2. Click "Go to order" in the detail panel
3. The POS opens with the correct table pre-selected
4. Take the order as usual
5. The booking is automatically linked to the order

Benefits of linking:

• You see booking information (special requests, allergens) directly in the POS
• The guest's visit is logged in the CRM with amount data
• Booking analytics can show average spend per booking
