    Go from Booking to Order

    When a guest with a booking has arrived, you can quickly link the booking to an order in the POS.

    Step by step:

    1. Click the booking and then "Placera vid bord" (Seat at table) in the detail panel (pick a table if none is preset)
    2. The POS automatically opens the selected table
    3. Take the order as usual – the booking is automatically linked to the order

    Benefits of linking:

    • You see booking information (special requests, allergens) directly in the POS
    • The guest's visit is logged in the CRM with amount data
    • Booking analytics can show average spend per booking
