View Guest Information & History in the POS

The POS shows rich information about each guest directly in the booking details.
Open Bord → Bokningar and select the booking. Guest statistics, tags and Waiter Intel require a linked guest profile and available information.
Information displayed:

| Name, phone, email | Recorded contact details; phone and email can open a call/message |
| VIP status | Stars based on number of visits |
| Total visits | All registered visits |
| Average spend | Average amount per visit |
| No-show history | Recorded no-shows; warning when no-shows/visits exceeds 20% and visits are above 0 |
| Recent visits | Up to 5 other bookings with date, party size and status (seated, completed or no-show) |
| Tags | CRM tags (e.g. VIP, Regular, Press) |
| Waiter Intel | Guest insights when information is available |
VIP stars (based on number of visits):
- 1 star = 1+ visits
- 2 stars = 4+ visits
- 3 stars = 11+ visits
Guests marked as VIP manually also show a separate VIP badge (independent of the stars).
Tip: Use the guest information to provide personalized service – e.g. mention their favorite dish or ask about a birthday visit if the tag is present.
