Register Guest Arrival

When a guest with a booking arrives at the restaurant, register their arrival in the POS.

Step by step:

1. Open Bookings in the POS
2. Find the booking (search by name or browse the list)
3. Click the booking – the detail panel opens
4. Click the green button "Guest has arrived"
5. Status changes to Seated and the timer starts

What happens:

• Booking status changes to "Seated"
• Arrival time is recorded
• Table is marked as occupied in the floor plan

Tip: You can now click "Go to order" to go directly to the POS and start taking orders for the table.
