Payment method on the booking – pays on site or invoiced

Mark the booking with how the party pays, so staff know whether to bring the card terminal or whether the bill should be invoiced. The marking is information for staff – it doesn't charge anything and doesn't change anything in the POS by itself.

Three options:

Where you set the payment method:

• When you add an event booking: the Betalning (payment) field in the form. See Add an event booking for a guest
• On an existing booking: open the booking in the booking view, in admin or in the POS, and choose under Betalning. The choice is saved right away

Changing the payment method requires the Redigera bokning (edit booking) permission.

Invoiced – pick the company:

1. Choose Faktureras
2. Click Välj företag (choose company)
3. Search for and select the company and click Välj (choose), or click Nytt företag (new company) and fill in company name, org. number, contact person, invoice email, invoice address and reference

The list is the same invoice customer list the POS uses for invoice payments. You can choose Faktureras before the company is ready and link it later. If you switch back to Betalar på plats or Ej angivet, the company link is removed.

Where the label shows:

• In an event's guest list, under the guest's name: for example Faktureras · Exempelbolaget AB
• In the booking list in admin
• In the POS booking view, both in the list and when you open the booking

When the bill is paid: Pay the bill in the POS as usual with the Faktura (invoice) payment method and choose the company – it's already in the list. The POS doesn't choose invoice automatically from the label; staff make the choice when the bill is taken. See Taking payment in the POS.
