Read Guest Feedback and Ratings
Want to know what your guests really think? Under Customer Feedback, Vendion collects every rating and review your guests leave after a visit. You do not have to ask manually or keep an eye on review sites – the feedback comes in by itself and is shown in one place.
Where to find it
Go to Marketing → Customer Feedback in the admin menu. All feedback is listed here, with the most recent at the top.
How is the feedback collected?
Feedback is connected to the booking system. After a guest has visited, Vendion automatically sends an SMS with a link where the guest can rate their visit. The guest does not need to log in – the link works directly on their phone.
You control whether and when this happens under Booking → Settings → Feedback:
- Feedback after visit – turn automatic feedback requests on or off.
- Send feedback request after (hours) – how long after the visit the SMS is sent (for example, 2 hours).
Which ratings are collected?
The guest rates several parts of the experience on a scale of 1–5 stars:
| Part | What it means |
|---|---|
| Overall rating | The total experience (required) |
| Food | Quality and taste |
| Service | Hospitality and staff |
| Atmosphere | Ambiance and environment |
The guest can also leave a free-text comment and answer a recommendation question (NPS). Read more about NPS in the article NPS and Average Rating – Catch Unhappy Guests.
What do you see in the list?
Each row shows the guest's name, party size, date, and the ratings in stars – plus any comment. At the top there are four key figures: total number of responses, average rating, NPS score, and number of low ratings.
Filter for what you want to see
Use the date picker (From/To) to choose a period, and the All / ≥3 ★ / ≥4 ★ / ≥5 ★ buttons to show only certain rating levels.
The feedback is built on the same guest data as the rest of your Marketing module, so you get a complete picture of each guest.
This feature is part of Vendion Marketing.
