Automations on reviews
Categories and articles
Under Marknadsföring → Automationer → Ny Automation there are two events for reviews:
- Dåligt omdöme (1–2 stjärnor) — a poor review, 1–2 stars
- Bra omdöme (4–5 stjärnor) — a good review, 4–5 stars
On event triggers you can tick Skicka vid ett visst klockslag (send at a set time). The default is 10:00. Without the tick, the message goes after the delay you set, in minutes, hours or days.
The review triggers add the variables {betyg} and {kommentar} to the text. Other variables, such as {namn} and {restaurang}, work as on other events.
Nothing is sent until the automation is Aktiv. Channel, audience, cooldown and consent are the same as for other automations. See Create a Custom Automation.
There are no preset review automations. You build them yourself.
