Pre-Set Automations

Open Marknadsföring → Automationer (Marknadsföring → Automations).

Vendion ships eight ready-made automations with your restaurant. All are switched off from the start — you choose which ones to use and turn them on with the Aktiv toggle on the card. You can also adjust text, channel, and delay before activating.

(The templates below are the product's actual Swedish texts, translated here for reference. {nivå}, {nivåförmåner}, and {minasidor} are the actual Swedish variable strings the product uses — {nivå} inserts the guest's new loyalty tier, {nivåförmåner} the tier's perks, and {minasidor} a link to the guest's My Pages.)

1. Welcome SMS

• Trigger: Event "Första besök", 24-hour delay
• Template: "Hi {namn}! Thanks for visiting {restaurang}. We hope you enjoyed it! Book your next visit: {bokningslänk} 🍽️"

2. Win-back (60 days)

• Trigger: Schedule Mondays at 10:00, condition "at least 60 days since last visit and at least 3 visits"
• Template: "Hi {namn}, it's been a while! We miss you at {restaurang}. Book a table and enjoy our menu: {bokningslänk}"

3. Thank you after visit

• Trigger: Event "Besök avslutat", 2-hour delay
• Template: "Thanks for visiting {namn}! We hope you enjoyed your time at {restaurang}. Welcome back soon: {bokningslänk}"

4. No-show follow-up

• Trigger: Event "No-show", 1-hour delay
• Template: "Hi {namn}, we saw you missed your reservation at {restaurang}. Want to rebook? {bokningslänk}"

5. VIP upgrade

• Trigger: Event "Tagg tillagd" with tag "VIP", no delay
• Template: "Hi {namn}! You're now a VIP guest at {restaurang} 💎 That means you always get priority when booking. Thank you for your loyalty!"

6. New tier reached

• Trigger: Event "Uppgraderad till ny nivå"
• Template: "Congratulations {namn}! 🎉 You're now {nivå} at {restaurang}. {nivåförmåner}Thank you for your loyalty!"

7. Stamp card — guest joined

• Trigger: Event "Klippkort — gästen gick med" (the guest's first stamp)
• Template: "Hi {namn}! You've received your first stamp on {restaurang}'s stamp card. Follow your card on My Pages: {minasidor}"

8. Stamp card — 1 stamp left

• Trigger: Event "Klippkort — 1 stämpel kvar"
• Template: "Almost there {namn}! Just 1 stamp left until your reward at {restaurang}. {minasidor}"

There is no preset birthday automation. To congratulate guests on their birthday, build a custom automation with the Datumfält trigger (requires the birthday to be filled in on the guest card).

Review before activating: Adapt preset texts to your actual offers. A VIP tag does not automatically prioritise bookings. Advertising requires the guest’s consent and a clear way to opt out. Campaign SMS includes an automatic unsubscribe link, but automation SMS does not; include a contact method for opting out in the message and record the guest’s request in their profile. Schedules use Swedish time. Failed attempts can also count towards the weekly limit.
