    GDPR and Consent

    Vendion respects GDPR and guest privacy.

    Opt-in management:

    • Each guest has separate consents for SMS and email
    • During online booking, the guest can check SMS and/or email consent
    • Guests without consent are automatically skipped in campaign sends

    Unsubscription:

    • SMS: Guest replies "STOP" → automatically unsubscribed
    • Email: Unsubscribe link in footer → marked as unsubscribed
    • Unsubscribed guests receive no more messages (neither campaigns nor automations)
    • Unsubscription timestamp is saved for traceability

    Cooldown (spam protection):

    • Max 1 automation of the same type per guest per 30 days
    • Max 2 automation messages per guest per week
    • Campaigns filter out guests without valid consent
