Create a Campaign

Send an SMS or email to a group of guests.

Step 1 – Choose recipients:

1. Go to Marketing → Campaigns
2. Click Create campaign
3. Choose target group:
   • All guests – Everyone with phone/email
   • Segment – Choose a saved segment
   • Tag – Choose one or more tags
   • Manual – Select guests individually
4. The system shows how many can be reached via SMS and email respectively

Step 2 – Write the message:

1. Choose channel: SMS, Email, or Both
2. Write the message
3. Insert variables with the buttons:
   • {name} – Guest's name
   • {restaurant} – Restaurant's name
   • {booking_link} – Link to booking page
4. AI suggestions: Click to get 3 suggestions with different tones:
   • Friendly – Relaxed and inviting
   • Exclusive – Premium and sophisticated
   • Urgent – Limited-time offer

SMS rules:

• Max 160 characters per SMS (counter shown)
• Automatically ends with "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"

Email:

• Subject line + body text
• Vendion-designed template with gold details
• Automatic unsubscribe link in footer

Step 3 – Schedule or send:

• Send now – Campaign sends immediately
• Schedule – Choose date and time
• Save draft – Save without sending
