AI Boss is Vendion's chat-based AI assistant for restaurant owners. With 48 tools it handles menu, CRM, bookings, reports, staff, tasks and automations – directly in the admin view.
How to use AI Boss:
- Go to Admin – AI Boss appears as a chat window
- Type your question or instruction in Swedish or English
- AI Boss responds with text, tables, charts or interactive cards
Quick buttons: AI Boss has predefined quick buttons for common tasks:
- Today's sales – shows a summary of today's sales
- Manage menu – opens menu management directly
What can AI Boss do?

Upload files: You can upload images and PDFs directly in the chat. AI Boss can analyze menus, receipts and documents and provide suggestions based on the content.

- Order history with filtering options
- Customer profiles with visit history and tags
