AI Boss – Your AI Assistant
AI Boss is your assistant in restaurant administration. Ask about information in Vendion or request help changing your menu, bookings and staff information.
Open AI Boss
- Select the correct restaurant in Vendion.
- Open administration and select AI Boss in the sidebar.
- Type your question and press the send button.
AI Boss is available to members of the administrator group. On desktop, the AI-boss tab on the right edge of other administration pages opens the same conversation in a side panel. On mobile, use the AI Boss page.
Things to ask

Available functions depend on your restaurant’s modules and your permissions. Use full names and dates when several guests, items or periods might match.
Asking or changing
“Show the price of…” asks for information. “Change the price to…” requests a change to restaurant data. Make your intention clear. Ask for a proposal without saving when you only want to discuss a change.
Read the reply and check the result on the relevant page, such as Meny (Menu) or Bokning (Booking). Advice or a proposal in chat is not evidence that it was saved. Some workflows provide a separate button to apply a proposal; other changes can be carried out directly from your instruction.
Images, PDFs and replies
Attach an image or PDF and explain what you want done. Menu import can produce a draft for you to review and save. Most questions receive text replies; buttons and review cards appear when needed for the task.
AI can misunderstand names, amounts and context. Check dates, selection and results before using an answer for a decision. Include only personal information needed for the task.
