    Create and manage tasks and reminders in Vendion – manually in admin or via AI Boss. Support for one-time and recurring tasks with time settings.

    Create a task manually:

    1. Go to Admin → Settings → Tasks (SettingsTodos)
    2. Click "New task"
    3. Enter title and description
    4. Choose type: one-time or recurring
    5. Set reminder time
    6. Save

    Recurring schedules:

    TypeDescription

    WeekdaysMonday–Friday
    WeekendsSaturday–Sunday
    WeeklyA specific day each week
    MonthlyA specific day each month

    Activate/deactivate: You can pause a task without deleting it. Click the activate/deactivate button in the list.

    Manage via AI Boss: Tell AI Boss:

    • "Remind me to order supplies every Monday at 9"
    • "Create a task: Clean the fryer every Friday"
    • "Show my tasks"
    • "Delete the inventory reminder"

    AI Boss creates, edits and deletes tasks for you.

    Todo tab in the POS: Staff can see today's tasks directly in the POS under the Todo tab. Tasks can be marked as complete with a single click.

    Tip: Use recurring tasks for routine work (inventory, cleaning, orders) so nothing gets forgotten.
