AI Boss is best when you give it bigger tasks. Instead of clicking through 5 menus, you can say:
"Send discount code WINTER15 for 15% to all my VIP customers who haven't visited in 90 days. SMS, not email."
AI Boss breaks it down:
You get a preview before it sends: "Found 43 customers. The message will cost 38 SEK in SMS. Send now?"
If AI is heading in the wrong direction – just say stop. Example:
You: "Create a new campaign" AI: "Do you want to send it to VIP customers, new guests, or everyone who hasn't visited in 30 days?" You: "Wait, let's talk about this tomorrow. Cancel." AI: "Okay, nothing sent. Get back to me when you're ready!"
1. Be specific with numbers. Say "149 SEK" instead of "about 150". AI is precise.
2. Spell names as in the system. If your customer is "Anders Andersson", say that. If you say "Anders A." she still finds them – but faster with full name.
3. Never confirm without reading. AI summarizes what she'll do before doing it. Read the summary and confirm only if it's right.
4. Answer short. You don't need to be polite. "Yes", "No", "Continue", "Cancel" suffices.
5. New questions get fresh context. Every new chat starts over – AI doesn't remember yesterday's question. To reference: "Same thing I asked about last week – but show Monday instead of Sunday".
