Overview Dashboard

Open Analytics++ → Översikt (Overview) for metrics and trends. Choose dates, filters and the time basis before reading the figures.
5 KPI cards (with sparklines and trend arrows):
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total sales | Summed order amounts for the selected paid tabs |
| Number of orders | Total paid orders |
| Average check | Average order amount |
| Food Cost % | Recorded cost of goods as a share of sales after discounts and excluding VAT |
| Gross Margin % | Share remaining after cost of goods, before staff and other expenses |
Missing cost prices make margin figures misleading. Check them in Meny. Trend arrows compare with the selected comparison period, not the budget.
Color coding in the app:
- Food Cost: Green ≤35%, Orange ≤40%, Red >40%
- Gross Margin: Green ≥65%, Orange ≥60%, Red <60%
Charts:
Sales over time:
- Area chart with daily sales
- Optional comparison period shown as dashed line
- Can be viewed in full screen
Heatmap – Sales by hour & weekday:
- Grid with Mon–Sun as columns (x-axis) and 10:00–23:00 as rows (y-axis)
- Darker color = higher sales
- Hover over a cell to see exact amount
Three columns at the bottom:
