Period Comparison
Open Analytics++ → Periodjämförelse (Period comparison). Click the date for Period A and Period B to set their individual ranges.
Quick select:
- This week vs last week
- This month vs last month
- This year vs last year
Check period lengths: Week and month presets compare the current period to date with the entire preceding week or month. Choose custom dates to compare equal numbers of days.

Interpretation: Sales use paid tabs. Margin metrics use registered cost prices and amounts after discounts, excluding VAT. Category revenue instead shows amounts including VAT before discounts. Category columns Ordrar A/B sum units sold in the category, not unique tabs.
Percentage differences are relative changes, including Food Cost and Gross Margin. A margin moving from 50 to 60 percent increases by 10 percentage points but 20 percent in relative terms.
Use the comparison to follow menu changes and seasonality. A change alone does not establish its cause.
