Global Filters – Date, Service Type, and Payment

Filters select the business activity to analyse. Open Analytics++, choose a report and start with its dates. Live has its own feed; Period comparison and Reservations have their own date selections.

Dates and comparison

The date list offers Idag, Igår, Denna vecka, Förra veckan, Denna månad, Förra månaden, Senaste 90 dagarna, Detta år and Valfri period. For Valfri period, open the calendar and choose the start and end dates. Reports that use trading days follow the restaurant's trading-day boundary.

Choose the main period first, then enable Jämför. Presets include last week, last month and the same period last year. Use Periodjämförelse for two completely custom date ranges; Valfri in the shared comparison list does not open a separate calendar.

Betald or Bongad

Översikt, Försäljning and Produktmix show Betald (paid) and Bongad (sent to kitchen). Betald uses payment time. Bongad assigns sales to when items were registered on the tab. Bongad still uses tabs that have been paid; open tabs are not sales in these reports.

Overview assigns the entire tab to its first item, while Sales and Product mix can allocate data by item time. A tab spanning several days may therefore produce different period amounts. Use the same time basis when comparing reports.

Other filters

• Service type: Alla, Dine-in (bar/kassa), Bord, Avhämtning and Hemleverans.
• Payment method: Alla plus the methods actually used at the restaurant, not a fixed list of four. In sales reports this selects tabs using the method, not just the amount of that partial payment.
• Cost centre: appears when tracking is enabled and active centres exist. Select a centre, Alla resultatenheter or Ej tilldelad.

Not every control affects every view. Personalkostnad uses the date range and the restaurant's labor costs; the shared payment and service filters do not restrict the payroll data. Bokningar uses its own booking filters. Check the report title, period and data before interpreting the result.
