Overview – How Vendion Analytics++ Works

Analytics++ helps you follow sales, staffing and profitability. Select the restaurant and open Analytics++ in admin. The restaurant needs module access and your account needs the relevant permissions. Labor costs also require access to payroll data.
Find the right report
The app uses these Swedish navigation labels:

On smaller screens, use Välj rapport (choose report). There are eleven reports. Choose the question first, then set dates and filters.
Start here
- Follow Live, compare with the same weekday last week up to the same local clock time and set a daily target for the restaurant.
- Open Lönsamhet → Driftbild – vad blev kvar? for sales after refunds, estimated goods costs and labor costs. The remainder still needs to cover other expenses.
- Compare scheduled and worked hours in Bemanning & kostnad.
- Try a price and volume assumption in Menyanalys without changing menu prices.
- Follow recorded waste in Svinn. Missing records or cost prices do not mean zero waste.
Read each report's explanation of VAT, refunds, time basis and filters. Reports use different data and do not replace Z-reports or accounting records. CSV exports include the period and selection so they remain understandable after download.
