    Using AI Boss for Analytics

    Open the restaurant’s AI chat in admin and specify a clear period. AI Boss can retrieve reports within your permissions. Check the period, restaurant and VAT basis used in its answer.

    The same figures as Analytics++: AI Boss reads the reports with the same calculation and filters as Analytics++: overview, sales, product mix, economy, cashiers and menu engineering. You can filter by service mode, payment method, cost centre, register, cashier, weekday, time of day, menu group and product. The period is counted in business days, just as in Analytics++, and you can choose paid or sent-to-kitchen time in the overview, sales and product mix. Sales per cashier require the Se försäljning per säljare (see sales per seller) permission, and setting a budget requires Sätta och redigera budgetar (set and edit budgets).

    Sales broken down your way: Ask for sales per item, menu group, product group, hour, weekday, day, week, month, payment method, register or cost centre. You can narrow it to alcohol only, one product group or one register, and ask about the time since the last Z-report. If you name a register, it counts from that register's latest Z-report. The figures are the same as in Analytics++: including VAT, after discounts, on paid time and in business days. If the chat and the report show different amounts, check that the period, filters and time basis are the same.

    For accounting questions, explicitly ask for amounts excluding VAT or a summary from closed Z-reports. A general sales question uses different data.

    Ask for the period and source report if the answer is unclear. Missing cost prices, time entries or payroll permissions can limit the answer. If a source is missing, AI Boss says so instead of answering with a zero. An AI answer does not schedule a daily check; open the relevant report when you want to follow up. You download a CSV file in Analytics++.
