Using AI Boss for Analytics

Open the restaurant’s AI chat in admin and specify a clear period. AI Boss can retrieve reports within your permissions. Check the period, restaurant and VAT basis used in its answer.
Examples:

For accounting questions, explicitly ask for amounts excluding VAT or a summary from closed Z-reports. A general sales question uses different data.
Ask for the period and source report if the answer is unclear. Missing cost prices, time entries or payroll permissions can limit the answer. An AI answer does not schedule a daily check; open the relevant report when you want to follow up.
