Sales Report

Open Analytics++ → Försäljning (Sales). Choose dates, filters and Betald or Bongad to analyse when sales occurred. Both time bases use paid tabs.

Time series chart:

• Choose display: area, line, or bar
• Comparison period as dashed line (if enabled)
• Automatic grouping: per hour (≤1 day), day (≤14), week (≤90), month (>90)

Day parts (bar chart):

Shows sales and order counts per day part. When the period has tabs with a guest count, each day part also shows guests and the average per guest.

Daily detail view (table):

The Gäster (guests) and Snitt/gäst (average per guest) columns appear only when the period has tabs with a guest count, that is when the POS asks for it (the Ask or Require mode per register). Average per guest is sales on tabs with a count divided by the number of guests. A split tab counts towards its original tab. Below the day parts you see the share of table tabs that have a count; with a low share, the average covers only some of the guests. The columns are hidden on the Bongad time basis and with category, product, discount or margin filters.

Click a row to see a summary of its order count and amounts. It does not open a list of individual receipts. The Change column may show a dash even with comparison enabled.

Före rabatt (before discounts) and Efter rabatt (after discounts) are sales amounts including VAT. The difference is the reported discount, not VAT. Export headings identify the VAT basis; use accounting records for VAT reconciliation.

Export: Download the table as CSV. When the period has guests, the file also contains Guests and Average per guest, plus a row explaining how the average is calculated.
