    Enable and Customize SMS Messages

    Vendion sends automatic SMS at key moments in the booking process.

    SMS types:

    Enable and customize:

    1. Go to Reservations → Settings → No-show & SMS
    2. Turn on Confirmation SMS and/or Reminder SMS
    3. Set how many hours before the booking the reminder should be sent (default: 3 hours)
    4. Write custom messages or use the default templates

    Available template variables: {name}, {restaurant}, {date}, {time}, {party_size}, {manage_link}

    Cost: 0.89 SEK per SMS.

    Tip: Reminder SMS significantly reduces no-shows. We recommend always keeping it enabled.
