Switch Between Multiple Restaurants
If your account is connected to more than one restaurant (or a whole chain), you can switch between them easily. Everything you do – orders, reports, settings – applies to the restaurant that is active at that moment.
Switch from the home screen
The home screen has a restaurant switcher. Tap it and choose the restaurant you want to work with. The view updates instantly with the right menu, tables and data.
Switch via "All restaurants & chains"
Want to see the full list – including any chains? Do this:
- Tap your profile icon in the top right.
- Choose All restaurants & chains.
- You reach a page listing:
- Chains (if you have access to any)
- Restaurants you're connected to
- Tap the one you want to open.
If you have only one restaurant and no chains, Vendion automatically jumps into it – you don't need to choose anything.
Vendion remembers your choice
The restaurant you last selected is remembered, so you land in the right place next time you log in. You can switch as often as you like.
Next to each restaurant you'll see your role, e.g. Admin or Staff, so you know what permissions you have there.
