Get Started – Set Up Your Restaurant

Welcome to Vendion! The first time you log in, a short setup wizard greets you. It walks you through the essentials step by step – then your restaurant is ready to run.
What the wizard covers
You move forward with Next and always see how far you've come ("Step X of Y"). The first time, as the owner of your first restaurant, the steps are:

| Secure your account | Set a password (at least 10 characters) |
| What's your name? | Your first and last name |
| Contact details | Your phone number (personal ID number is optional) |
| Company details | Restaurant name, company registration number, address and contact |
| Your guest link | Your web address for online ordering and booking |
| Your SMS sender | The name shown as the sender on your SMS messages |
| What's included | An overview of the modules in your plan |
| All set | Press Open admin – you land in admin |
If you're activating card payments or Tap to Pay, those steps appear along the way. When you add a second restaurant later, the wizard is shorter – you skip the personal steps (password, name, contact).
Good to know
- The details you enter (such as restaurant name and address) appear on receipts, invoices and booking emails. You can change everything later in settings.
- Everything saves as you go – if you need to pause, you can come back and continue.
- When the wizard is done, you land in admin, where a checklist in the top toolbar helps you set up your menu, devices and modules.
You don't have to do everything at once. The wizard gives you a solid start – you build the rest in your own time.
