Export Data (CSV)

Choose the report, dates and filters, then click CSV next to the table you need. Your account needs Exportera analytics-data permission.

What is included?

The CSV starts with information about the restaurant, report, date range, comparison period where applicable, time basis, trading day, amount definitions and active filters. The filename contains the restaurant and period. Table headings and rows follow this information.

Exports are available for reports including Försäljning, Produktmix, Menyanalys, Lönsamhet, Kassapunkter, Bemanning & kostnad and Svinn. Bokningar has guest and table exports. Each export covers that table's data, including local selections such as category and search where used. There is no single button exporting all of Analytics++.

Reports with separate data scopes identify them: budgets cover the whole restaurant and selected budget year, bookings follow their own date selection, and waste follows registration time. Staffing exports also identify scope and excluded data.

Open in Excel or Google Sheets

Files use semicolons and UTF-8. Choose these settings if data appears in one column or Swedish characters display incorrectly. Information rows precede the table; automated imports need to start at the table's header row. Check that amounts and dates are interpreted as the intended data types.

Före rabatt and Efter rabatt mean before and after discounts, not before and after VAT. Export headings state the VAT basis. Margins and goods costs exclude VAT, while several sales amounts include VAT.

Charts and sharing

Where a PNG button is available, you can save the chart with its report context. Fullscreen views also identify restaurant, period, comparison and time basis. Not every chart supports image export, and Analytics++ has no general PDF export.

Check the selection and recipient before sharing employee, tip or guest information. Use Bokföring for accounting files, where Z-reports and period statements have their own export formats.
