Registers – Sales and Tips

Open Analytics++ → Kassapunkter (Registers) and choose a period. Switch between Per kassa and Per kassör. The cashier view appears when you have permission to view sales by seller.

The table shows order count, sales, average order, tips and share. Click a column heading to sort. Charts show sales and tips for the same grouping; the tips table also includes the share of tipped tabs and the highest tip.

Per kassör identifies the person registered at payment, not necessarily the waiter who took the order. Use your own PIN when sales should be associated with you. Sales without a registered cashier can occur and are explained in the view; they are included in totals. Data without a register or cashier may appear separately in the table summary.

Total Dricks deducts tips returned to guests. The Z-report's gross amount may therefore be higher. The cashier view shows refunds separately when present. Its refund column has not already been deducted from Sales.

Use CSV beside the table to export the selected grouping. Check the explanation of sales without a cashier when reconciling totals; named cashiers do not automatically cover every tab.
