    Guest Registry – Search and Filter

    The guest registry gives you an overview of all your guests.

    Open the registry:

    • Go to Marketing → Guests

    Search: Type name, phone number, or email in the search field.

    Filter:

    • Tags (e.g. show only VIP guests)
    • Segments (e.g. "Regulars who haven't visited in 60 days")

    Sort by:

    • Latest visit
    • Most visits
    • Highest spend
    • Name A-Z
    • Newest

    Each row shows:

    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Number of visits
    • Total spend
    • Average spend
    • Latest visit (relative time, e.g. "Today" or "3 days ago")
    • Tags (manual and automatic, e.g. VIP or Regular)
